Alexa has always had a sharp, slightly obsessive love for how a room feels. In 2004, as a high school senior on Long Island, she spent afternoons in a bridal salon and got hooked on the intersection of high emotion and high stakes.
Work from Manhattan to Montauk taught her the precision side of the business - budgets, timelines, and the choreography required to move a hundred people through a New York minute. In 2011, she moved to Florida for a role at Eau Palm Beach, formerly the Ritz-Carlton. That shift solidified her point of view—events can be run with luxury-hotel rigor, but still feel as warm as a private home.
In 2015, Alexa founded Alexa Kritis Events with a new vision for hospitality - experiential planning that holds the feeling of the process as an equal to the event itself. Nearly ten years later, she’s known for calm leadership, strong production instincts, and a steady presence that lets clients exhale and stay present in what they’re celebrating.
Alexa lives in Tampa with her husband, Rich, and their son, Luca. A 2020 bride herself, she knows what it feels like to plan a wedding in uncertain circumstances - and it only strengthened her commitment to unwaveringly kind hospitality. Off the clock, she’s usually exploring Tampa Bay’s restaurant scene, squeezing in a yoga class, reading a few pages whenever she can, or yelling questionably correct answers at the TV during Jeopardy!

With fifteen years in the industry, Amber brings an unshakeable sense of peace to the team. She specializes in the "thoughtfully curated"—celebrations that feel like an organic extension of a family’s story. The team trusts her unique design eye and her "game day" confidence to protect the vision, leading complex productions—like a 35-minute NYC venue flip—with a calm, positive presence.
A first responder’s wife and a proud mother of two, Amber understands the high stakes of a milestone moment and the importance of a steady, calm presence. She handles the logistical weight of the day with the seasoned ease of someone who has seen it all, ensuring that every design choice is as intentional as it is beautiful.

Born in Germany with an eye for Fine Arts, Katrina translates design goals into a seamless flow. A steady sounding board and morale builder for the wedding party, she specializes in maintaining the quiet rhythm of the day’s energy. Katrina ensures the transitions are effortless and the logistics remain invisible, allowing the celebration to unfold exactly as planned.
Whether she is executing a complex setup or guiding the wedding party with calm precision, Katrina ensures the process feels easy. The mechanics, invisible. Outside of the studio, she’s likely biking local trails, scouting new art, or enjoying a rare Tiramisu.

Courtney’s calling for hospitality was sparked at the Ritz-Carlton, where she first witnessed the magic of a perfectly executed holiday event. That early "treat" for the senses became her career compass. With dual degrees and a background that touches every corner of the industry—from florals to catering—Courtney is obsessed with the "minutia" that makes an event feel like a home.
Based in St. Pete with her husband and son, Matthew, she is committed to the idea that a celebration should feel effortless. She doesn't just manage details; she curates lasting experiences, ensuring that every guest feels held and every host feels like a guest at their own table.
